Laura is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Physical Education teacher, with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences. She is passionate about helping active people stay healthy, mobile, and performing at their best. Through Sports Massage, Taping and Rehab Exercises, she supports clients in maintaining fit and balanced lifestyles—whether they’re training regularly, recovering from activity, or simply looking to move and feel better day to day. Her background in physical education gives her a strong understanding of movement, training, and injury prevention, allowing her to tailor treatments that support each persons individual goals. She does, however, enjoy working with people of all ages from kids with age related mechanical issues through adults with stiff shoulders sat at the desk too long, to those of advancing years needing a more gentle approach.
